Mechanical parts

We are able to produce various parts for the aerospace industry.

Our members offer a wide range of component production, not only for the aerospace industry but for others as well. Production can be made from different materials depending on the application in the industry. Our members specialize mainly in the production of parts from composites, plastics, and metal alloys. 

These parts are used in aviation for example in the construction of the aircraft airframes, wings, landing gears, parts of power units, interiors, and other aircraft accessories.

Composites

We manufacture and develop composite parts for the aerospace industry.

Today, composite parts are widely used across the whole aerospace industry. Due to their mechanical properties, low weight, and workability, they are now preferred over conventional technologies. Parts made from these materials include for example interior parts covers, or wing and airframe parts. 

Specifically, it is a production using prepreg, wet lamination, and various combinations of sandwiches. Used technologies are autoclaves, infusions, or hot air furnaces.

Electronics

We develop and supply complete electronic and avionic systems.

Thanks to many years of experience with companies in the field of avionics and on-board systems, we are able to develop a wide range of electronic components and devices according to customer specifications. 

These capabilities include the development and production of PCBs, wiring, specialized electronics, control units, sensors, display units, and more.

Matter of course is compliance with aviation standards such as RTCA/DO-160G and RTCA/178C, ESA standards for the space industry, but also quality management according to AS9100, DOA, and POA certification.

Assembly jigs and tools

We supply assembly jigs adapted to customer needs.

Our members use their experience in the production and construction of high-precision assembly jigs and tools.

Due to complex and complicated production in the aerospace industry, these jigs are widely used for the production of individual aircraft components. Production can be realized from various materials including assembly protocol from a 3D measuring device.
