Foundry
Production of aluminium castings using the lost wax method. Our foundry is a reliable manufacturer of castings for suppliers of the world's largest aircraft manufacturers. Our own machining shop equipped with 5-axis machine tools enables the delivery of aluminium castings including post-machining. Regular maintenance and renewal of machinery ensures our continued competitiveness. The quality system is certified according to AS EN 9100, rev. D, for the aerospace industry. Our customers are also manufacturers of electrical, transport and medical technology and optics.

Machining
Custom production of small to medium-sized batches of technologically demanding workpieces of aluminium alloys, steel, stainless steel, copper and its alloys, plastics. Precision CNC milling, turning, and cylindrical grinding. Modern automated manufacturing and inspection technologies with production preparation using CAD/CAM applications. ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The certification body of our company is LRQA. Quality is checked on state-of-the-art 3D measuring stations. We can handle special requests for vacuum technology, measuring and signaling technology, medical technology, equipment for the petrochemical industry, food industry, telecommunications and aviation. Our preference are complex and technologically demanding projects. Our products combine the traditional precision required for the manufacture of aerospace and measuring instruments with the quality and professionalism of our staff.

Surface treatment
Our electroplating plant offers high quality metal surface treatment, carried out in optimal and guaranteed delivery times. We have a wide range portfolio of services in the field of non-ferrous metals. We are one of the few facilities in the Czech Republic that can carry out silver plating of aluminium alloys and invar. We use the latest technology and the highest quality chemicals. We check the quality of surface protection according to ISO 9001 and AS 9100 in our own laboratory. The inspection laboratory is equipped with optical and electronic measuring instruments and X-ray (X-RAY) therefore we can prove the required quality to our customers.
