Extension of competencies

We organize joint educational projects for our members and we use current grants. We submit educational projects for our members in bulk, thus increasing the success rate of obtaining subsidies for educational programs

Suggestions and topics for training courses and seminars are welcome.

We are currently providing free training for our members in the project called "Education gives us wings". More information about this can be found on the project website.

Vocational education

Good practice in the fields

We solve the lack of employees and increase the quality of work. It is about sharing experiences from individual fields within our member companies. We are currently focusing on human resources. Companies face a shortage of skilled labor and production workers. We are looking for solutions to attract people to the region through regular HR meetings.

At the same time, there is a working group called KVALITA, which has been operating for several years now, where companies exchange their experiences with introducing and maintaining certifications such as AS9100 and NADCAP.

Programs for graduates

Prospective students in companies

We coordinate and establish programs for students in their last year and support their practice in companies. There is a growing interest in graduates on the market, so we are developing opportunities for cooperation with schools and universities in the region. At the same time, we mediate the possibility of lectures and lessons by experts. 

Thanks to our member universities, we are able to mediate the connection between the corporate and university environment. We can organize excursions for students so that you can show the company to your possible future colleagues.
