In today's modern world, we have a lot of new technologies at our disposal that make our lives easier, make production easier, and help us achieve our goals. Our members participate in these activities with their own technologies, which are the best in their field.
One of the special technologies that our members use is 3D printing or additive production. As the word additive suggests, the production of products takes place by the gradual addition of material. 3D printing can be used across many fields, whether it is the engineering industry, the electronics industry, or the art industry. The press itself is not the fastest operation, but its possibilities are almost endless. The types of products and their shapes are limited almost exclusively by your imagination, which is why today we can already see various products that were created in 3D printing, such as model designs, medical devices and prostheses, or entire houses and buildings. The main representatives of this field from our members are One3D and Alucast.
MGM COMPRO company focuses on the production and development of industrial HBC and HSBC controllers - the most advanced control of BLDC (PMSM) electric motors. The regulators - from small to large outputs, with low and high voltage - are manufactured in many variants and designs to exactly match the project. In addition to state-of-the-art speed control, they offer countless options of setup, control, communication, connectivity, diagnostics, and more. The company's portfolio is complemented by electric motors of a wide range of diameters, speed ranges, torques, and powers. The overall complexity of the propulsion system will be many times increased by the LI-ION, LI-POL, or LIFEPO4 battery accumulator developed directly for the customer's needs. For the completeness of the drive unit, it also offers the supply of industrial charging systems, battery management systems, electronic contactors, and other accessories.
One of the unique technologies of our members is the satellite dispenser of the company S.A.B. Aerospace company from Brno. These dispensers can get up to dozens of small satellites into Earth's orbit, and their great advantage is the possibility of several different settings. Without the dispenser, the Vega rocket would be able to orbit only one major satellite, a product of S.A.B. however ensures full use of the rocket's capacity.
Due to the clever solution, it is a highly modular system that is able to accommodate many different types of satellites (from small Cubesat weighing one kilogram to a half-ton minisatellite).
