Na podzim 2026 se Praha stane místem s jednou z největších koncentrací odborníků na radiaci na světě. Mezinárodní konference RADECS 2026 přivítá více než 500 expertů z výzkumu i průmyslu zaměřených na účinky radiace na Zemi, v atmosféře i ve vesmíru.

Hlavním tématem konference bude praktické využití poznatků o radiaci v letectví a kosmonautice – od vlivu radiace na elektroniku, přes metody zvyšování radiační odolnosti až po nejnovější přístupy v oblasti dozimetrie. Program plně využije kapacitu největšího konferenčního centra v Praze.

In autumn 2026, Prague will host one of the world’s largest gatherings of radiation experts. The international RADECS 2026 conference will bring together more than 500 specialists from research and industry focusing on radiation effects on Earth, in the atmosphere, and in space.

The main focus of the conference will be the practical application of radiation-related knowledge in aviation and space – from radiation effects on electronics, through methods for increasing radiation hardness, to the latest approaches in dosimetry. The conference will fully utilise the capacity of Prague’s largest conference venue.
